Together We Do Recover
Women's & Men's Sober Living
FARR-certified men's and women's recovery homes where structure, accountability, and real community help you stay sober and rebuild your life — one day at a time.
Who We Are
Recovery, run by people who've lived it.
Mind, Body & Soul Recovery was founded on a simple belief: nobody should have to walk the road of early recovery alone. Our homes are run by people in recovery who understand exactly what it takes to stay sober — because we've done it ourselves.
We provide more than a bed. We provide structure, accountability, and a community that holds you up on the hard days and celebrates with you on the good ones. Every MBS home is FARR-certified and operates to the national standards set by NARR.
Our promise to every resident
A safe place to land. Honest support, never judgment. And the tools, structure, and community you need to build a life you don't want to escape from.
"You don't have to do this perfectly. You just have to keep showing up."
Meet the Team
The people behind MBS Recovery
Led by people in recovery who have walked this road themselves — and built MBS to give others the structure and support that changed their own lives.

Keith Moore
Partner
With over 14 years clean, Keith co-founded MBS Recovery to give people in early recovery the structure, accountability, and community he knows are essential to staying sober. A staple in the local recovery community, he believes recovery is of the mind, body, and soul — not simply removing the drugs, but rebuilding the whole person. He oversees the homes and the community day to day.

Lia Moore
Partner
With over 14 years clean, Lia helps lead MBS Recovery with a deep commitment to creating safe, welcoming homes where residents can heal and rebuild. A staple in the recovery community, she serves it actively and diligently, walking alongside residents through every step of their journey.

Marvin Lilly
Operations Manager
With over 30 years clean, Marvin has founded and led several recovery houses and meetings throughout the community. A true staple in local recovery, he keeps the MBS homes running smoothly — from intake and placement to the daily structure that protects every resident's sobriety.

Questions & Answers
Sober living in Orlando: common questions
How much does sober living cost?
Weekly rent is $215 and includes utilities, WiFi, furnishings, and shared living essentials. We offer payment plans for residents who need them, and we do not bill insurance.
Are your homes FARR certified?
Yes. Every MBS Recovery residence is certified by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) and operates to the national NARR standards and code of ethics.
How quickly can I move in?
After a short phone screening and our online intake form, approved residents can often move in within 24 to 48 hours, depending on bed availability.
What are the house rules?
Residents maintain sobriety, submit to random drug testing, observe curfew, complete weekly chores, attend recovery meetings, and treat housemates and staff with respect. The structure is there to protect everyone's sobriety.
Do you take men and women?
Yes. We operate separate, gender-specific men's and women's homes across the Orlando area.
What if I'm coming straight from detox or rehab?
That's exactly who we're built for. Tell us where you're coming from in the intake form and we'll coordinate a smooth, safe transition.
